The handbook also suggests switching off for a minute before trying again. Check recording settingsSet the PLAY/STILL/MOVIE selector to STILL or MOVIE. Check that the chosen disk or Memory Stick is inserted and is not write-protected. If it still failsWrite down the full error code and what the camera was doing when it appeared.
